The Texas Water Association is a nonprofit policy association focusing on water supply and management. From drought to flood, the Texas Water Association works with its members to address the state’s greatest water needs. Created in 1944 as the "Texas Water Conservation Association" when the term conservation was synonymous with water supply, the Texas Water Association has been dedicated to the state's water resources for 80 years. Our MembersTexas Water Association members provide water and wastewater services to a vast majority of the state and and include river authorities, cities, regional and local water districts, drainage and flood districts, irrigation districts, groundwater conservation districts, water users and other stakeholders, and those who support the Texas water industry. |
